The Company will provide various specialized consulting services to help its clients bring their products or technology to market.
The specialization of engineering services will range depending on the project scope. F&L Services will identify opportunities for projects and develop all the projects utilizing the most effective project management tools and methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Quality Assurance.
The Company will also project and design layouts using virtual simulation tools such as Simulators, Arena, Promodel, and Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD-CAM) software. Additionally, F&L Services will provide its clients with lean study for the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment using the best industry practices and tools.

F&L Services and Business was born a long time ago, in 2001, when I understood that reliability and joining a team focused on MUDA showed me that everyone needs support with something. When I lost the most important person, I decided to care about people, and my passion for the care extended unlimitedly.
I learned by participating in the CASE New Holland on CNC Machine to improve their processes.
Since that, I've been studying how to improve processes. After training in Lean, Six Sigma, Inna Filters, Honda, Toyota, and other influencers, I decided to open those units in the United States and support every client rethink their business.
